This photo also says a lot about one of the major causes of traffic -- The Jeepney. Although we might be known in the world for having a revised World War 2 vehicle that's being used up to now, this is what's wrong with the Philippines.
1)We are stuck in the old era
2)Major contributor to air pollution
3)Rules do not apply to them (in general, as seen in the photo)

I agree with the contributor. Rules should apply to all or no one at all. Sadly, we have double standard laws in the Philippines and this is affecting not only the traffic but the actual implementation of laws signed. There are several kinds of laws here:
1) The 2-week law (hot-in-the-news so should follow for 2 weeks)
2) The law for those who has connection (exempted to this and that)
3) The law for everyone but can escape with a fee (Bribery)
